London Has Fallen (2016)

Missed seeing London Has Fallen when it was in the theater but managed to see it on the SyFy network on Saturday (8/24/19).

This movie is a sequel to Olympus Has Fallen, where some of the characters are in London attending a funeral for the British Prime Minister and a different set of bad guys are out to get the President of the United States. Of course Mike Banning (played by Gerard Butler) is there to foil the bad guys.

like any company they come and go, and while Matson isn't the only ocean-wide transportation it's been the big boy in Hawaii forever, they are for profit and profits are diminishing with not much more room to keep upping prices. they have 0 loyalty to this State, their loyalty is to money and eventually they'll leave in one way or another, then what? are there other companies willing / able to fill the void? are our Gmt. officials even considering the inevitable and how to deal with it? I'll bet they have no interest in entertaining the issue any more that the other looming devastating crises we face.

Limited HART service to start in Fall 2020

According to the August 10, 2019 Honolulu Star-Advertiser, HART is planning to start a limited rail service sometime in October 2020 that will cover the Kapolei to Pearlridge section of the HART line. According to the HART's website that is 8 stations in the line (out of the planned 21 stations in the line).

Hopefully the line can be extend to Aloha Stadium (the next station in the line) in one to two months after that.

According to the Forecast cone of Advisory #30 (8/4/19 at 11:00 am HST) it seems that Tropical Storm Flossie should reach the island of Oahu around Tuesday (8/6/19) morning as a tropical depression.
